After spending over a decade working with luxury hospitality brands in Sales and Marketing, Magen found herself intrigued by the intersection of hospitality, philanthropy, and brand messaging in the nonprofit industry. She secured her Auctioneers License in 2013 and founded Boundless Impact Agency, a fully service event fundraising firm, in 2016. As of 2026, Magen has performed at, or produced, over 400 events all around the country and raised close to 1 Billion dollars for organizations of all sizes.
